Which one is brighter, cob light strip or led light strip?

There is actually no absolute answer to the question of which Cob Light strip or LED light strip is brighter, because the brightness not only depends on the type of light strip, but is also affected by many factors, including the specifications of the light strip, the use environment, etc.  12

 Features of COB Light Strips:

 There is a layer of silicone wrapping on the outside of the COB lamp strip, and the light color and brightness are hazy and soft. When used on the surface or in an aluminum trough with a depth of less than 1 cm, the light emission effect of the COB light strip is very uniform, without any graininess, and the overall light emission line presents a soft light emission with good brightness.

 When compared with the 120-piece LED light strip, the COB light strip does not look grainy. The whole thing is just a luminous line. The light output is softer and the brightness is also very good. It is no problem for daily use.

 Features of Led Light Strips:

 The graininess of LED light strips is relatively strong, especially when used in profiles with a thickness of less than 1 cm, the graininess is more obvious.  LED light strips will shine more transparently in aluminum grooves with a depth of more than 1 centimeter.

 If installed in an aluminum trough with a depth of more than 1 cm, the LED light strip will emit more transparent light and the brightness may be better than that of the COB light strip.

 To sum up, COB light strips and LED light strips each have their own characteristics and application scenarios.  COB light strips perform well in daily use with their uniform and soft light output and good brightness, while LED light strips may show better brightness in specific use environments (such as deep aluminum troughs) . Therefore, choosing which light strip is brighter needs to be decided based on the specific use environment and needs.
